Precious metals and stones are adored! It is important that valuable pieces are insured to protect their value.

You should care for your jewellery by following some basic rules. Store pieces away from temperature extremes, enclosed to protect from dust; separated to avoid scratching/tangling. Protect against direct contact with cosmetics, perfume etc. Be careful not to knock or bang items. If you are doing any manual work; gardening etc it is recommended you remove jewellery. Check your items for damage, and age related wear; thinning/loose claws/prongs/clips etc. Have items professionally cleaned once per year. Rhodium plate white gold items once per year.
